Pathetic, used them 2 times before, never an issue, but when Sunny sold me on these at what was supposed to be a special price, she set the shipment up making it where I would owe an additional $250 I did not agree to. I had proof in messages, Sunnny did not. I also found trade assurance is worthless as they just kept adding more weeks and weeks even when they proof was put in front of them several times. I had to get my bank involved, so this seller is beyond pathetic, and trade assurance is on the same level. They only work to protect sellers, not buyers. Try it and find out the hard way as I did.
